Goal for the week: Smile
When you smile your spirit is shining, and nothing can bring you down. It is a commandment of the Lord for us to be happy.
And ye cannot bear all things now; nevertheless, be of good cheer, for I will lead you along.

The goal for this week is to laugh! Tell a clean joke, get tickled, tickle someone, feel joy throughout your soul, laugh through tough moments, laugh out loud!

Goal for the week is to leave everything around you better than you found it.
Pick up trash at park, Return grocery cart, return items on time, clean up after self, ect.
Scriptures are words that are written and spoken, by holy men of God when influenced by the Holy Ghost. We can know that it is true by faith and prayer.
